Our company-Weihai Support have developed a new type of grouting combined anchor rod. It is composed of expanding anchor head, inner steel bar, grouting pipe, grouting head, tray, nut, etc.

This product is easy to use and has the advantages of real-time support which can achieve the required prestress upon installation, and corrosion resistance. After drilling, insert the grouting combined anchor rod then rotate the nut to drive, the anchor head open to cause anchoring and prestress. Inject mortar through the grouting port, after the mortar solidifies, it tightly wraps the anchor rod, significantly enhancing the support strength and corrosion resistance.

Compared with self-drilling anchor bolts, this anchor rods are lower cost. Prestress can be applied without waiting for the mortar to solidify, and no need to assemble tray nuts on site, which greatly shortens the construction time.

The galvanized grouting combined anchor rod could service over 150 years.
